The National IRACDA (Institutional Research and Academic Career Development Award) Conference is an annual gathering of researchers and educators dedicated to improving academic and research career development for postdoctoral scholars. The 2023 conference will take place in San Antonio, Texas, from Sunday, June 25th to Tuesday, June 27th. As a platform for scientific exchange and networking, the IRACDA Conference invites IRACDA scholars and alumni, research and teaching mentors and others from various disciplines to submit their abstracts for presentation at the conference. This is an opportunity for conference participants to showcase their research, engage with fellow researchers and educators, and contribute to the ongoing dialogue on career and professional development of postdocs. All abstracts will be accepted for presentation as posters.
